Duties and taxes

Track your order
After delivery, you will receive a notification containing tracking information at the email address used at the time of purchase. You are responsible for tracking the package with the provided delivery confirmation number after the goods are shipped, because you need to arrange for re-delivery or pickup after the first missed delivery attempt. This includes international parcels and customs procedures. Please note that except for the carrier’s fault (for example, incorrect mailing address, unpaid duties and taxes, unclaimed packages, etc.), any package returned to our facility will be refunded, but the shipping cost will be all of.

If you choose to abandon your shipment and/or fail to pay any duties and/or taxes, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement, and any reshipment costs incurred will be borne by you.
