  • Button #10 allows you to select which camera you would like to control. I have two cameras and they both are defaulted to camera 1. How do I reassign one of them to camera 2 on the remote?

  • My remote looks somewhat like this one and yet it is different. The manual that I received with the two cameras that I purchased leave much to the imagination. I am trying to figure out how to control the White Balance to cut down on the glare that I get off of objects in the field of view. The instructions say it is possible to change and not how to do it. Any assistance will be most helpful.

  • I can’t set one of my two cameras to respond to the remote control.
I point the remote at the camera, press * then #, then F1. No response to remote control.
    The second camera works fine.
    Please advise.
