so far on.... i do notice the cam keep trying to focus and de focus, i have talk to others there cam do the same, is it a setting......

No support after purchase!...

i bought 3 units BA20N-W with NDI support and all, all working perfectly, noticed one of my cameras had a couple issues with some of its menu's so i was instructed to update the firmware available on this site, the correct version and adequate model was selected and used, once updated the camera does not display the network or NDI menu on its web UI, i tried contacting the support email, but almost 6 months later still no reply, i have sent various emails with no answer...
